My ministry is focused on discipling and equipping young people and emerging leaders within the local church. I serve primarily in youth ministry, where I invest in teenagers and young adults through regular gatherings, mentoring, leadership training, and pastoral care, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus and in their ability to serve others.
A key part of my work is leading a leadership circle for youth leaders, a small discipleship group that provides spiritual formation, accountability, and leadership development. This group creates a safe space for young leaders to share life, grow in character, and be equipped for long-term service in the church.
I am also involved in organizing and leading Brodfest, a regional youth event that brings young people together for worship, teaching, community building, and outreach. Brodfest serves as a platform for evangelism, leadership activation, and cooperation between churches.
Through these ministries, my goal is to raise healthy, faithful leaders who are deeply rooted in Christ and committed to serving the church and their communities for the long term.
