Experts estimate that roughly 90% of Christian leaders worldwide have received little or no meaningful ministry training. Many lead churches without the tools to rightly handle Scripture, guard against false teaching, or shepherd people through crisis. The result is a church that is often fervent but fragile—susceptible to the prosperity gospel, to other religions (like Islam), to a works-based Christianity that leaves Christians wondering whether God actually loves them.
Meanwhile, Christianity is exploding in the Global South and East. This is an extraordinary moment in the history of the Church. And it is precisely the moment when equipped, biblically grounded shepherds are most urgently needed.
With your partnership, we meet this need in several ways:
In 2025 and 2026, we have served global leaders in 25 countries, including Indonesia, Poland, Pakistan, India, Hungary, East Asia, Brazil, Guyana, and Sri Lanka.
Starting in 2027, we’ll serve 1600 leaders from nearly 200 countries through the Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering and journey. Liz is a plenary speaker at the gathering in São Paulo. Rob is designing and directing 10 years of training for these 1600 leaders.
We’re also launching Cor Novum College, an international Bible college that serves ministry leaders around the globe who cannot otherwise access the equipping they need. Most global leaders cannot afford anything close to a Western seminary education. We provide heart-forming, Bible-saturated, theologically rigorous education to these global leaders that is radically accessible, so that cost is never the barrier between a shepherd and the training they need.
Our international Bible college is designed from the ground up—not as a slightly updated version of what already exists, but as something genuinely new. Our students are already fruitful in ministry–leading churches, reaching the lost, serving the hurting. We only accept students who are actively engaged in Christian leadership—and equip them to become even more fruitful.
Relationship is at the heart of formation. Classes meet live and virtually, with an international student body. Annual regional gatherings bring students, faculty, and mentors together in person for community, reflection, and shared ministry. Our model integrates rigorous biblical and theological study with deep spiritual life and hands-on ministry practice, in every course, from day one. We reject the divide between academic and devotional, between doctrine and discipleship.
We believe global pastoral training is one of the most strategic Great Commission opportunities of our generation. The global church is growing. The need for equipped shepherds is urgent. The technology to serve leaders anywhere in the world exists today. What is needed is the vision, the generosity, and the community to make it happen.
