Our vision is walk alongside ministries and organizations as Leadership and Organizational Development Guides.

We plan to focus on leaders and organizations that are:
1. Christian leaders and ministries (our main focus).
2. For profit companies run by Christians, who see their staff and customers as a unique mission field.
2. For profit companies or organizations who offer a valuable service to their communities (either via their product or their resources, such as a percentage of their profit or staff time).

We call ourselves “EnterL”, with the tagline “Love Growing Your Organization”.

Why EnterL? Enter is easy to remember in any language, we would to help people enter a new area of growing and enjoying following the God given vision they have.
L = “leadership” AND “love”.

Why Love? Well, we trust that through working alongside us, people will not only love growing their organizations, but also understand the key to strong, healthy growth IS love – Loving God, and Loving their Neighbour (love for their staff/volunteers, their stakeholders and their communities).
