That’s why I invite you to support my work with youth groups across the Czech Republic, especially with young leaders and their ministry teams.
With your support, you become part of our mission: to strengthen and grow youth ministries in the local church by investing in the next generation of leaders. We focus on teaching, coaching, mentoring, and developing youth workers and teammates spiritually, as well as developing skills with local churches and pastors. Hence, they are well-equipped to fulfill the Great Commission.

As the Youth Department, we work with more than 70 youth groups and leaders nationwide.
My role: I oversee and develop youth ministry in the Moravia and Silesia regions (the eastern part of the Czech Republic), working with over 30 youth groups and leaders. In addition, I lead a national youth leadership training program called STUDNA (“the well”), lead a NETWORK of leaders in four regions, and help organize major events, including Brodfest, a national youth conference attended by nearly 1,000 young people. I am an elder in a local church in Cesky Tesin City.
